Our Front Porch

All of these photos are from Spring 2010.....

The front and side porches of our home

Our Georgia weather is warming up some but not enough to plant flowers..I do have some little shoots peeking out of the ground, though!

Every morning, my husband (who is now retired) and I (who am NOT retired) have our coffee sitting on the front porch.
No matter what the weather, we just bundle up if it is cold!

It's normally around 6AM or so, after I've been up for an hour and he's just crawled out of bed!

Our 3 dogs join us, we talk about what the day might bring, I get ready for work and off I go!

My very favorite shed door...I LOVE this door!!

I'm looking forward to planting more flowers as soon as the weather cooperates.  I love their sunny faces!!

Ace' is peeking out the door!!

But, since I'm joining the porch party over at Gypsy Brochante, I dug out some photos of last Spring.

Can't wait for SPRING 2011!!

  6. I love your porch, it looks so inviting. I am also looking forward to spring flowers. My daffodils are up about 4 inches and some tulips are braving the weather too, they are peeking out of the ground. Now the weather man is calling for snow tomorrow and Thursday. Poor flowers, they will be shivering.

I can't remember if I ever asked you what part of Ga. you live in. I lived all over Ga. in the 90's while working for private Arabian horse farm. I really miss Ga...
